Silent Pool
Formed and distilled in Surrey by Surrey Locals. Silent Pool Gin is a classic gin at heart featuring over 24 botanicals. Full-bodied and fresh with depth, clarity and above all else, flavour. It's a rich, clean, juniper-driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile.
You’ll need to visit Silent Pool’s colourful stall for a fantastic selection of gins this summer.
Cabin Pressure
Cabin Pressure produce award-winning small-batch spirits and liqueurs from their micro-distillery in Horsham, West Sussex. Unusually, they use a glass vacuum-still to create gin; a gentle low-temperature approach to distillation which results in exceptional flavour clarity and particular smoothness. Whether you like your gin spicy, floral, dry or fruity, one of their vacuum-distilled gins will tickle your tastebuds!

Based just yards from the original Tunbridge Wells Pipe House, Pipehouse Gin’s team of alchemists experiment with botanical pairings.

CBA Gin brings you a combination of over 50 years’ experience from running global alcohol marketing campaigns and highly-successful bars.
Working with Silent Pool, the award-winning distillery, they’ve created a range of elegant gins that conjure up the flavours they’ve discovered on their international travels
Devil’s Dyke Distillery
With a history dating as far back as the Iron Age, the Devils Dyke, a 100m deep valley is an area of outstanding beauty in West Sussex. Legend has it that the Devil himself crafted the Dyke with no more than a pickaxe!
Distilled with classic dry and specially foraged botanicals found on the Devil’s Dyke and around West Sussex, including victoria plums, milk thistle and black elderberry.
Gins of the World
Gins of the World are back this summer to showcase a diverse and impressive range of international gins from across the globe.
This specialist gin bar also gives you the opportunity to take a Gin Flight - three different gins of your choice with a mixer for each.
The Bubbly Bar
The Bubbly Bar is the only UK supplier of DeRiz Prosecco. Sourced directly from a family run vineyard in the historical production area of the Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
The Bubbly Bar provide VIP treatment for everyone!

Raw Honey Distillery
The Raw Honey Distillery are unique among spirt makers, creating alcohol from pure, raw, honey which they then craft into honey-distilled gin and vodka. The honey is sourced from an artisan, single-estate producer. They use a careful blend of two kinds of honey – Light Acacia and Nutty Buckwheat, which is small-batch distilled, using hand-selected botanicals, creating premium artisan gins and vodkas.
