Harley House

Harley House Distillery, a talented craft producer that creates its spirits from start to finish, from fermentation to final distillation, is coming to Gin Fest this July!

Their spirits are infused with the finest botanicals, handpicked from Sussex’s hedgerows and fields. Every sip delivers a taste of the countryside, bringing the fresh, natural flavours of the region straight to your glass.

Copper Pot Distilleries

Copper Pot Distilleries are redefining the art of gin-making as the first and only gin distillery to handcraft and distil their spirits in St Leonards, Hastings.

Trading since 2024 and already named finalists in the international gin guide awards for their bold Navy Strength Gin (57%), they’re quickly making waves on the craft spirits scene.

Worthing Gin

Worthing Gin was born on a hot summer’s day in 2018, right on Worthing Pier. What started as a moment of seaside reflection became a journey of creativity and craft. With a vision for a classic yet distinctive gin, the founder teamed up with a local distiller to perfect a smooth, aromatic blend. Featuring a timeless stamp-style label and a nod to the pier’s rich history, Worthing Gin is a true tribute to the town and the South Coast spirit.

Devil’s Dyke

With a history dating as far back as the Iron Age, the Devils Dyke, a 100m deep valley is an area of outstanding beauty in West Sussex. Legend has it that the Devil himself crafted the Dyke with no more than a pickaxe!

Distilled with classic dry and specially foraged botanicals found on the Devil’s Dyke and around West Sussex, including victoria plums, milk thistle and black elderberry.

Brighton Gin

We have you covered if gin isn’t your thing, by supplying a thirst-quenching range of local craft beers in our wonderful pub-style beer garden.

The Big Bar
